BGM Group collaborates with universities to draw a new blueprint for school-enterprise cooperation

On December 13, 2024, the headquarters of BGM Group in Chengdu welcomed a distinguished visit of Mr.Chen Shiwu, vice dean of the School of Pharmacy at Lanzhou University, Professor Shi Yanbin,Vice Dean of Lanzhou University School of Pharmacy and Gu Jian, dean of the School of Pharmacy at Southwest Minzu University. Mr. Xin Zhanchang, chairman of BGM Group and an outstanding alumnus of Lanzhou University, along with his core management team, extended a warm welcome and engaged in an in-depth and productive discussion with the visiting guests.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dean Chen expressed sincere gratitude on behalf of Lanzhou University to Chairman Xin for his long-standing support and emphasis on scientific research collaboration with the university. Dean Chen and Professor Shi introduced the latest explorations and research achievements of the School of Pharmacy at Lanzhou University in the fields of pharmacology research and new drug development innovation, showcasing the school's strong capabilities and innovative potential in pharmaceutical research, highlighting its leading position and outstanding achievements in academia, while also expressing a keen interest in collaborating with BGM Group on new drug development and the transformation of research outcomes. Dean Gu shared the unique advantages of the School of Pharmacy at Southwest Minzu University in the research of ethnic medicine, natural drug development, and the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. Helooked forward to deepening cooperation with BGM Group to jointly explore new pathways for integrating ethnic medicine with modern pharmaceutical technology, promoting the inheritance and innovative development of ethnic medicine.

 

Chairman Xin pointed out that BGM Group always adheres to the concept of technological innovation and industrial upgrading, committed to in-depth cooperation with universities and research institutions. He emphasized that this meeting aims to tap into the advantageous resources of both parties, explore new models of cooperation, and jointly promote in-depth development in high-tech fields such as research cooperation, talent cultivation, new product development, and new quality productivity to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.

 

The two sides engaged in in-depth and detailed exchanges regarding the direction of collaborative development, specific strategies, market expansion pathways, and the effective transformation of research outcomes. Chairman Xin stated that as an alumnus of Lanzhou University, he will continue to pay attention to and fully support the transformation process of research outcomes at Lanzhou University and its partner institutions, accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces through strengthening the establishment of an efficient cooperation mechanism and comprehensive resource collaboration, aiming for substantial breakthroughs and significant results in their cooperation.

 

This meeting also touched upon the establishment of a Chengdu of th Lanzhou University Alumni Association . Chairman Xin and all the guests expressed high expectations for this initiative, believing that the alumni association will become an important link to strengthen the connection between BGM Group and universities. They hope to integrate alumni resources to promote deeper and broader cooperation and exchanges, injecting new vitality and momentum into the development of all parties involved.

 

This meeting was not only a warm gathering of Lanzhou University alumni but also a strategic seminar for in-depth cooperation and development between BGM Group, the School of Pharmacy at Lanzhou University, and its partner institutions.
